Empower your Inner Child - Part 3: Your Pre-School-Self

This session focuses on the time when you were 3 to 5 years old. In this time of your life, you are learning your independence and also discover your sexuality by recognizing the difference between boys and girls. Very often the fear of not being good enough has its origin in this time.We will explore this phase of your life jointly in different exercises. In a guided meditation at the end you will rewrite the script. The introductory video gives you a general overview on inner child work and why it is so effective when combined with the exercise of stepping into your super self.
